Bactiv-aid Malo-Lactic Nutrient
Bactiv-aid Malo-lactic Nutrient, powder. Composed of inactivated yeast, casein and cellulose, this material will provide additional organic nutrients for optimal growth of M-L bacteria. Use about 0.5 gram per gallon at the time a malo-lactic culture is added. Shelf life is about 18 months after opening the package. Not suitable as a yeast nutrient.
